Designed by Monaco architect Alexandre Giraldi and developed by the Groupe Marzocco, the Tour Odéon marks the assertive return of vertical urbanism to Monaco. It addresses the geographic constraint of Monaco’s territory while combining state-owned public housing with very high-end private residences.

The Tour Odéon is vertically organised by use:

- 5th to 20th floor: public apartments belonging to the Monegasque state
