They rise in gradation from east to west to integrate harmoniously into the site: block D, the easternmost, is the lowest, while block A, to the west near the port, is the highest. The whole is located in the heart of a vast wooded park, so that the residences seem to be immersed in greenery This arrangement offers a natural tiering of the volumes and preserves the unobstructed views from each building. The architectural style is contemporary, sleek and linear. The facades rely on noble and natural materials such as stone and wood, echoing the "land and sea" theme of the project. Large terraces cover each floor, extending the living spaces to the outside, while being equipped with an ingenious system of sunshades hidden in the lower part to filter the sunlight The architecture remains deliberately sober and elegant so as not to compete with the spectacular setting (sea and gardens) that surrounds it.
