As part of the new national plan, the Principality of Monaco will equip its public park with a new building that will replace the existing "Le Bel Air" with a new version planned for 2026. This new building will consist of three towers and will include 197 apartments (mostly 3 rooms), located in the Jardin Exotique district.
This building will not be offered by our agency, because it is reserved for nationals. However, for the sake of knowledge of the Monegasque real estate market, we wish to reference as many buildings as possible.
