What was once an iconic brewery is now undergoing a dramatic transformation. The Café de Paris has been transformed to offer an even more exceptional culinary experience and atmosphere. The Salle Empire, which had temporarily housed the Café de Paris during the renovations, will close its doors at the end of October to allow for this move to the new premises.
