The Club of Foreign Residents of Monaco (CREM) is a non-profit association that opened its doors on 1 June 2010. The purpose of this organisation is to facilitate the integration of foreign residents in the Principality of Monaco. CREM has established itself as a reference in the Monegasque associative landscape, offering many activities and events for its members.

The Club of Foreign Residents of Monaco (CREM) has a space of 220 square meters dedicated to its members. This place of conviviality and exchanges has been designed to provide maximum comfort and services. Members have access to various seating areas, including a main lounge with bar, a fireplace lounge with library and piano, and a private meeting room. Club amenities include Wi-Fi, a bar, local and international newspapers, magazines, books in French and English on various topics such as art, cooking, travel, history and sports. Two TV screens, two gaming tables for lovers of board games, such as chess, backgammon and cards, complete the equipment available in the club premises.
The promotion of Monaco's culture and history by CREM
The CREM is also active in promoting the culture and history of Monaco, by organizing guided tours of the Principality for members and visitors, visits to places and monuments in the region, discovery days of vineyards in the Var and Piedmont, Relaxation days, sports days, and thematic weekends (gastronomy, golf, rally etc ...).
Become a member of CREM
Becoming a member of the Club of Foreign Residents of Monaco (CREM) is possible for any resident of the Principality of Monaco over the age of 18, whether Monegasque or foreign. It is not necessary to be sponsored to become a member. To do this, simply fill out a membership form and drop it off at the Club's reception desk, or return it by e-mail or post, accompanied by a photocopy of the valid residence permit or identity card (for Monegasque nationals). The application for membership is submitted to an admissions committee which will give its opinion within a maximum of 8 days. In case of favorable opinion, the new member must send the payment of the entrance fees and the quarterly pro rata of the 1st annual fee within a maximum period of 1 month, by check or bank transfer.
