From the red that evokes the tiles of the Rock to the blue color of the sea, through lavender, emblematic flower of the south, each floor will have its own atmosphere and recall specific elements of the region. This ambitious project aims to strengthen the identity of the shopping centre and offer an immersive experience to visitors.
This ambitious project plans to double the commercial area to 30,000 m², with the creation of car parks, offices, a cinema and 41 housing units. It also includes the creation of a 2-hectare park with 2,000 trees, providing green space for this once industrial neighborhood changing its face in the future. This project, launched in the coming years, also presents an additional challenge, that of keeping the shopping centre in operation for the duration of the work. The environment at the heart of its development will require compliance with the strictest standards. The experts of the Socri Reim group, in collaboration with merchants' associations, also aim to revitalize Fontvieille's commercial offer by attracting major international brands while renewing the commercial attractiveness of the Principality.
